This knowledge is for the subconscious part of you, you need not think you have to/ or want to become a shamanic person, the goal here is internal healing, the metaphoric healing changes attitudes you may know or not know that is possibly inhibiting your sense of well being.
Please remind yourself constantly that you are doing this for yourself and only you. This means no conversations with others, even if they are in your presence and witness you picking up a bird feather or buying a trinket or a deer skin at a Pow Wow. This is strictly between you and only you. A secret…….absolutely!
While there is no good reason to wait a year there is good reason to allow this side of you to be always at the quick to take your answers very seriously regarding an object you have found that calls for secreting itself away until the time of shield building.
I am open in future to have a gathering here in my home in Bourne, with interested women who would like to study this phenomenon of change. This would be a workshop and also a teaching tool for each woman as shield building is empowerment at its finest.

ReplyDeleteI took classes with you maaaaaany years ago. YOU my dear, are the reason that I do what I do today. You helped me to understand what was happening to me all those years ago. You made sense of so much of it for me. I even used to go to you for readings. Now, 20 years later, I too do medium & healing work.
